My all time second best AC/DC album after Highway To Hell of course
What a classic line that was.
The Rolling Stones - Sticky Fingers Live At The Fonda Theatre 2015, the classic album plus six other songs.
Had this on CD back in the day, great album.
Got to Roll With It.
Watchhouse - Watchhouse
CD|2021
Folk. Formerly Mandolin Orange. Being released Aug 13 in the US, got an advanced copy. A few songs in and enjoying it so far.
Arab Strap | Monday at the Hug and Pint | 2003
I’ve not let these boys fae Forfar loose for a while, great music, miserable and 'orrible themes that work so well when yer in the mood. (Utterely recommended by the way)
On CD……some great guitar work from Mr Page.
Lindisfarne - Fog On The Tyne, their best album imho.
Richard & Linda Thompson - Shoot OutThe Lights
A great songwriter, performing with his former wife. A must have album for my collection.
Kiki Dee - Loving & Free, her '73 debut for EJ’s Rocket Records label, an underrated vocalist.
On vinyl…
The ‘This Far’ vinyl 6 LP set is back in stock on Amazon, but release date is odd - 2021, and origin is Canada. Was the original UK release 1/2 speed Abbey Road remaster on 180g? This release is 180g vinyl but no mention of 1/2 speed mastering. I smell a possible rat.
Ordered it anyway, primarily for Diamond Life and the second album (both of which I have anyway, but Diamond Life has seen better days).
