Black Roots (Klik LP 1983/4?)
I’m going to stick my neck out and say the finest ever UK Roots Reggae album in terms of performance and SQ, but only the original press, the subsequent re issues disappointingly pale.

Similar to Misty In Roots another foundation UK Roots Reggae Band from Bristol, championed by John Peel, Kid Jensen (really) on the Beeb and who’s brilliant follow up album on BBC Records coincided with their soundtracking the sitcom of the same name…
