Rory Block - Turning Point (1995)
Rory Block - taken in concert Ostende 2015
Many thanks for letting me know. I found out afterwards that vinyl was indeed available (so already ordered and on the way ). Brilliant music.
Yes, she is wonderful. Have been fortunate to see her live a few times and also managed to have a chat with her when she did a gig at the Glee Club in Nottingham.
The mighty Fall (as John Peel oft referred to them) and one of their vague tilts at the more mainstream album market.
Well, as mainstream as it’s possible to be with a set of songs hung around the Michael Clark choreographed ballet of the same (or similar) name.
I Am Kurious Oranj - The Fall
Some easy listening in the best sense of the word.
Easy flowing, relaxing and superb playing.

Great shout @igahman
The documentary series is a must see, there are also some individual albums of some of the artists featured.
The Sessions album features some interesting new recordings with some unusual artists using the vintage cutting lathe restored for the project, see the BBC link below for some clips.
Naturally, they were all pressed on vinyl LP as well.
Lovely stuff

Pete Townshend and Ronnie Lane - Rough Mix
Perfect record for this time of day.
Yes. I especially like the bit where Jack White sits at the sewing machine to do repair of part of recording equipment pulley.
Bob Dylan. Cutting edge. I’ve been neglecting the wonderful box set series.
Listening to disc 1 of 6
The recording sessions with Nas, Steve Martin and erm Elton John! compiled on The Sessions album
Btw Pokey LeFarge appears on the Sessions volume, I have this LP on Jack Whites Third Man label, I recommend it
