Beethoven String Quartet no. 15 - Takács Quartet
Roxy Music, country life. I don’t play glad rag doll much but was looking for something different by DK. This one I like, the thrill of it all.
Michael Palmer - Lick Shot, Power House (1984)
Backed by Sly & Robbie on George Phang’s Power House label.
Thanks for the tip Ewe.
Churches by LP - a very talented lady who has written songs for a number of people. I picked up on her when she was a last minute stand in on Jools Holland a few series back with an amazing performance which led me to pick up on her album Lost on You & then Heart to Mouth. This, her latest, shades of Belinda Carlisle I think but a powerful mix of songs and emotions.
