Pearl Charles - Magic Mirror
The album gets off to a false start with an ABBA inspired disco track, the album then changes tack and explores different styles of 70’s pop/rock and AOR Mac style rock with a touch of psychedelia. Really enjoyable retro style album.

Kokomo - Live at The Venue
A great night was had back in ‘81. The Venue in Victoria was my favourite small music club back in the late 70’s to the mid 80’s and many famous performers played there. When it closed it became Dickie Dirt’s and then demolished.

alternative rock

Spot on - just the wrong track to start off with - I wonder how many people sampled the first track and passed on this wonderful album.
