Wheel Tappers and Shunters.
We want the whole concert released and we want it now.
Totally agree, great SQ brings you closer but for me it’s always about the music first. A lot of great music is made under very difficult circumstances, (especially a lot of music that really moves me), poverty, struggle, lack of resource, commercial interest etc and just isn’t possible to be produced to “audiophile” standards.
Haha! You got it!
Looks interesting will give it a listen.
I have Black Ivory Soul in my collection which I think was her breakthrough album (2002)
It’s very good, lovely voice
Everybody Hurts. Great song
First, Bjarne Nerem - Mood Indigo
Now, Soul II Soul - Vol. II (1990 A New Decade)
Both vinyl.
There’s lapsang too.
Did you see the film about Bruce Dickinson in Sarajevo?
It might be…
No, what channel was it on, hopefully I can watch it on catch up.
Up On The Roof, really uplifting lyrics and vibe always raises my hairs ( on the neck, not much to raise on the bonce these days)
BBC 4 - it’s called Scream for me Sarajevo. I first heard the story on World Service then this appeared - I wouldn’t watch it for the music although what there is is dramatic, but it’s a fantastic story.
Thank-you please!
