Tame Impala - The Slow Rush
A mix of Groovy Psychedelia, Philly soul and early prog to acid house to R&B from Australian Kevin Parker. This is gorgeous stuff.

Certainly a favorite of mine!
Art Blakey and The Jazz Messengers - Moanin’, another classic.

Dodie - Build A Problem
Dodie (Vocals)
Evan Edinger (Vocals), Daniel J. Layton (Vocals), Elle Mills (Vocals), Ethan Gruska (Vocals) andJoshua Edwards (Vocals).
Streaming on Qobuz (44.1 16) continuing on this morning with a mention from @ Bruss and @Johnt with Dodie’s 'Build A Problem. A comment from ‘Allmusic.com’ states " there’s an intimacy to Build a Problem that makes it feel as if Dodie is singing directly to the listener. Weaving together her often-vibrant, multi-tracked vocals with strummed ukulele or acoustic guitar, organic percussion, piano, and deft string or woodwind flourishes." An interesting album that is sounding mighty fine on the opening track and looking forward to the rest of the album…
Thinking he’s still god and asking Einstein what are the chances of him winning anything at all with Roma. Not much by the look in Einstein’s face.
Robert Love - Ghost Flight.
Got this filed under Alabama 3, 'cos, of course, Larry Love is really Robert Love.
It’s like a low-key, non techno, acoustic Alabama 3, and is well worth having at the few pence it cost on The River.
Kraftwerk | Electric Cafe | 1986
Pretty much their last studio album but worth a listen now and again.
Pat Thomss (piano, melodica), Alex Ward (clarinet), Evan Thomas (electric guitasr), Dominic Lash (bass guitar), and Darren Hasson-Davis (drums) bravely take on some of Braxton’s most challenging compositions. CD recorded in concert in 2006. This really rocks!
Miles Davis - Decoy.
Not widely praised for his ‘80s output, Decoy is a vibrant and energetic album, with some young musicians pushing themselves. This is an underrated album, but one which I enjoy a lot.
