When reading the album notes. I spotted “Engineered by Kenny MacDonald, assisted by David Bowie”.
Got the opportunity to ask Kev if it was THE David Bowie - he said no just some Scottish guy with the same name. Looks good though!

Bach: viola da gamba sonatas by Daniel Müller-Schott and Angela Hewitt. Hyperion doesn’t release their CDs on Tidal or Qobuz afaik. So settling with this very nice album. Still googling around for Emmanuel Chabrier available on these two platforms. Probably will try Chabrier: L’oeuvre pour piano by Pierre Barbizet on Qobuz.

my youngest child was born I 1997 and although I realise she is now a young adult this album sounds so fresh
is this just an element of aging or is this a timeless album ?
