Eric Brudon and the Animals, Retrospective
I’m overdosing on this album, Big Colors by Ryan Adams.
A different flavour to the recent and oft brilliant Wednesdays LP.
I can’t quite find out whether this is the album that was due to come out just as the abuse allegations first aired or whether it’s been changed into a different album since then.
Either way, it’s Ryan at his nonchalant, lovelorn best. That voice poised between carelessness and sincerity.

Rediscovered this recently. What a great album, no duff tracks here! Hard to believe its 30 years old…
Played some selections from this at my friend’s last night in Dolby Atmos via his 5.1 system. Very few albums make me think positively about surround sound, but this was revelatory.
Now slumming it in 2.1 at home.

Time to get a couple of albums in before the footy starts
The Dave Brubeck Quartet - Time Further Out, never tire of " Far More Drums ".
Look Around the Corner by Quantic & Alice Russell. This Latin-infused soul music is just perfect for a summer afternoon
Thanks for the tip off, just into the first track enjoying it a lot.
What about a winters night
