Big fan here @TheKevster
Side one is great but I think side two is very mediocre
Terrible album, but I’m liking it coz it’s the Stones!
I didn’t buy this when it came out as the reviews were a bit lukewarm, but having seen it mentioned on another thread, I’ve bought it today - 38 years later!! It’s rather good.
Rickie Lee Jones - Girl At Her Volcano.
Gary Farr - addressed to the censors of love.
Train | Drops of Jupiter | 2001
I fancied some indie alt rock and I’ve not played any train for way too long.
I am a fan of both Willie Nelson and Merle Haggard… and this makes this joint album a treat… I just love the title song Pancho and Lefty… it brings the hairs up on the back of my neck.

This has really grown on me since I first got it earlier in the year. It’s not an immediate ‘wow’ album but it’s really very good indeed.
Have you heard Emmylou’s version? On the Luxury Liner album, very different from this version with Emmylou’s pure voice, it’s very beautiful.
