Excellent.
What did you think?
(Be kind, it’s one of my all time favourite albums by my all time favourite band )
I was afraid you’d ask me that, think I might’ve said it before that it sounds like an album of it’s time - and I unfortunately didn’t hear it at the time. It’s a bit rock operaish for me. I will listen to another album of theirs later.
Right now I’ve got to vacuum before Mrs Pete gets home so it’ll be something to motivate me into action.
Richard Clapton The Great Escape
Perhaps something from the ‘90’s era may be more your style. “Test for Echo” or “Counterparts” definitely had a different feel to the ‘70’s & ‘80’s albums🤔
Fantastic album
Well that should mean there’s still time!
A little Rickie prior to taking the little “Evil” Kitten to the Vet for his second round of shots.

Now there’s an artist we can both agree on.
Emerson Lake & Palmer Brain Salad Surgery

Here we are down in the cabin at last.

Celebrating my freedom with Evanescence to start with…
I agree, superb stuff. A compilation of recordings where Trane was a side man, hence Another Side Of…
Likewise Ghosteen by Nick Cave, dunno why I bought it really…
I’ve been enjoying Red Garland - Soul Junction since randomly coming across it browsing Qobuz, I posted it recently.
Now a little bird told me if you like that then you need this…
All Mornin’ Long
From the same session as Soul Junction making for an excellent double bill.
