Here’s my homework
Not sure about the rest but Too Far Gone is on Songs For Judy, isn’t it?
Yes a lot of these songs appear on albums as Judy which is a live album, but the ones on Chrome Dreams have been released before identically as they appear on Chrome Dreams apart from the 4 listed.
Neil’s been a bit fly here you have to watch him.
Matthew Halsall has a new album out in a few days - An Ever Changing View. Sorry if you’re already awaiting it!
They don’t do compilations like they used to. 50 years ago this month.

Herbie Hancock - Maiden Voyage.
Yes, looking forward to hearing it. Also, seeing him twice in the next few months, once in Stroud and once in Berlin, which should be fun.
As Live At The Matrix is almost on us, thought I’d play this RSD release and the companion album Let’s Feed Ice Cream To The Rats
Be interesting to see how they compare.
I am just about to give a first play to a new DGG LP of John Adams’s ‘Must The Devil Have All The Good Tunes?’, which arrived today, recorded by Gustavo (‘The Dude’) Dudamel, the LA Phil and the delightful and very talented Yuja Wang.
I saw Ms Wang perform with the London Symphony Orchestra a few weeks ago, at the Brighton Festival, when she managed to fall off her trademark high heels as she was leaving the stage!
Despite the opprobrium about this CD from many hardcore fans when it was later found to be from a later generation tape not the original, I still like this Doors Matrix CD despite its flaws. Damn sight better than my old bootleg.
Some distortion through Who Do You Love does not inhibit its power…and the near 15 minute The End is mighty, imho.
