I read the Heavier Than Heaven biog a few years back, is that the one?

Streaming on Qobuz (44.1/16)… kicking off this Wednesday morning with this fine album from Carla supported by a very talented group of musicians and they are sounding mighty sweet!
If I get them down, I’ll want to play at least some of them, which means …
Never been a fan really (although I have Nevermind on CD) so this might not be a reliable read but it is damn miserable and lifes too short to be drawn into this for me…
Go on my son! You know it makes sense
Records should be played not stored…or given to me!
Rush - A Farewell to Kings
I rather enjoyed Hemispheres, so why not?
Gotta love an album with a track titled ‘Hector’s House’ !
I saw Rush live back around the time of the live album All The Worlds A Stage. I dont have any Rush albums anymore apart from All The Worlds, they went AWOL whilst still in my yoof…the album with Spirit Of Radio sticks in my mind. Are any of the recent re issues worth checking out? Or best to look out for clean originals?
More Carla - on ECM vinyl.
Apparently I paid £2.99 for this in the Oxford St Virgin Megastore Sale. Still in shrink !
Extreme 2. Pornograffitti. 1990.
A mix of heavy rock, metal, funk and acoustic ballads. Good songs. Nuno Bettencourt was/is a seriously good guitarist imho.
Now playing…
Carla Bley - Songs With Legs

Rebel without Paws😂
It could be Moving Pictures next. Or perhaps my favourite Rush album, which is Permanent Waves. Have you heard the 40th Anniversary Edition of Permanent Waves? Is that on CD better than the original vinyl?
Fraction - Moon Blood - 1971
Talking about original Belladona’s earlier, they only pressed 200 of these
No is unfortunately the answer. Pretty good as well.
Yep, I have that on on the 40th Anniversary vinyl. It’s superb. Highly recommended.
As for CD, only have the original bought in the 90’s sometime. Probably played 6-8 times max.
My original vinyl has been played to death however…
