I belive Its no underststement to say that it may never have existed, without Alpha we probably
would not have had the Skatalites out of which developed Rocksteady, Reggae and beyond.
Obviously not an exhaustive list from Wiki but a glaring omission is Lennie Hibbert (I posted him here yesterday).
I highly recommend reading this…
And of course it still continues the great work

Not sure I like it … I liked the simplicity of her voice and instrumentation on her previous albums. With this one, on first listen, she has been playing with electronic voice effects and the music is abit more complex. Will need to revisit her earlier two albums to confirm but not sure I will buy it.
