Joining the Fallen remastered party. I still remember the moment I first heard Bring Me To Life on the radio and was blown away.

George Wallington ‘Jazz at Hotchkiss’, Japanese CBS/Sony LP. Not the thickest of vinyl but sounds excellent.

Thunder. Backstreet Symphony. Debut album. Bluesy Hard Rock.

“The cover… photographed by Andy Earle in London’s Artillery Passage.”

Backstreet Symphony is the debut studio album by English hard rock band Thunder. Recorded in 1989 at Great Linford Manor Studios in Milton Keynes, it was produced by former Duran Duran and The Power Station guitarist Andy Taylor, then mixed by Mike Fraser at AIR Studios in London.” Wiki.

Miasma was done on a shoestring, before reliable home recording. I agree, it’s as rough as a dog’s whatsit!

Trying to crack through some work and have the hauntingly beautiful voice of Mark Hollis to keep the distractions at bay. Sounds glorious in the CDX 2.2.

The vinyl is a cracker too, forgotten what a good album it was/is, not a wasted track.
