Rainbow - On Stage (1977).

A great opening track, and a side long version of Mistreated! Wonderful.

Now playing…

Amina Alaoui - Arco Iris

Amina Alaoui (Vocals, Daf), Saïfallah Ben Abderrazak (Violin), Sofiane Negra (Oud), José Luis Montón (Flamenco Guitar), Eduardo Miranda (Mandolin) and Idriss Agnel (Percussion, Electric Guitar).

Streaming on Qobuz (44.1/16)… kicking off this morning with Amina with her beautiful voice supported by the very talented musicians in her quintet, and they are sounding sublime! …a lovely way to ease into the beautiful sunshine of the day.

Savoy Brown | Street Corner Talking | 1971
I never need much encouragement to play Savoy Brown and seeing @Debs playing them last night helped me get this old one out which, I suspect was more geared toward their American audience who appreciated them better than we did back home.

Yes, but fundamental for the development of guitar jazz. No Pat Metheny, John Scofield and the likes without Jim Hall.
