OK, last but one (final arrival is a UK A3/B3, sans scratches )
Japan Pro Use. Second play. It felt a very hot cut the first play. Now the system has warned up properly, sounds much better.

Yes……about £17 on Amazon as a preorder, but you can stream or buy for about £12 or so on Qobuz….but not high rez.
Jamie Cullum - The Pursuit
Second play today, a charity shop find. Good stuff from 2009.
Gotcha thanks, I see now, a re-release with a date of 3rd March. Cheers
Sorry forgot the album cover….now edited.
A brilliant British artist who doesn’t get the acclaim she deserves
Joan Armatrading - Love & Affection The Very Best Of
Dixie Chicks - Wide Open Spaces.
Just giving them a play from Qobuz……great memories, they were good.
I’ll have a listen at some point when upstairs - stream Qobuz via pc in the office - but no streamer down stairs! Maybe one day I’ll get into streaming proper but need other bits first - like a new stylus for the Ortofon 2M Black?
That was my stock phrase at work. You know at work the people that did the most work got more work to do.
I was always being asked to help out (like Ronnie) as well as doing my own job. So I would say sorry but ‘I’ve got my own album to do”. Thing is most of the people in the office had no idea what it meant.
Nice interview with Andrea Corr about Ronnie and her Xmas album. He is in L.A on a Stones tour……no problem. He did some guitar and duet vocals.
Wolf People - Steeple (2010 - but could have been made in 1970)
Starts with the wonderful ‘Silbury Sands’ - a band best described as a cross between Jethro Tull and Fairport Convention.
Having just listened to this for the first time about a week ago….I now like it….a lot!
Sounds fabulous on the LP12 with its new upgrades……
