More line drawings. Garage rock, an album literally recorded in a garage. Not for hifi connoisseurs this one. Yo La Tengo aficionados will recognise Speeding Motorcycle from the wonderful Fakebook album.

The track Odds of the Blues has Springsteen on it as they have been good friends since, they along with Shane MacGowan joined Jerry Lee Lewis on stage in Dublin to sing Great Balls of Fire some time back.

Dexter Gordon ‘Complete Columbia’ 7CD box. Starting with CD3 ‘Sophisticated Giant’, with great Slide Hampton arrangements. This box is great bang for buck - costs less than a single Tone Poet LP.
