‘Once Upon a Time’ – Simple Minds

This one has been through the Degritter twice, and it’s still crispier than a Findus Crispy Pancake.

Tinny sound too - but for a £5 outlay I can forego any disappointment and relive my youth for the next 45 mins.

I saw Simple Minds on this tour at the Milton Keynes Bowl on 21 June 1986 – supported by In Tua Nua, The Waterboys, The Cult and The Bangles. We were spoilt.

Beth Gibbons - Out of Season

The singer from Portishead. Fine album, but sadly not quite so unusual.
