I think this is called hitting the ground running. Brilliant album. I like this CD reissue which includes 3 pre LP singles & has great SQ imo. Uniti Core.

Kate Bush - Hounds of Love, on CD, bought c.1985.
Why, because it’s brilliant, and it/she remains unique IMHO. She has had many style imitators over the years, but not one comes close. She didn’t break a mould, she made a whole new one.
