Relaxing with the above and a glass of red around a roaring log fire. Most unusual for a September afternoon ( the roaring log fire, not the glass of red  )

Pretty Things - SF Sorrow. A track on this month’s Mojo freebie reminded me that I haven’t listened to this in a while. Brit psychedelia at its best, imo.

Starting Friday with a hot one; Californication by the Red Hot Chili Peppers (CD). In fairness, I’m not a big fan of theirs but this one is really good. Enjoy your Friday and the rest of the weekend.

One of my favourite Scandi bands, these Norwegians have been making fine prog 'n art rock for over twenty years now.

Timeless Roots | Horace Andy / Wobble,Jah

Jamaican roots reggae master, and frequent collaborator with British trip hop group Massive Attack, teams up with former PiL bassist Jah Wobble for a brand new set of studio recordings! Andy’s voice is one of the most distinguished and inimitable in reggae and thoroughly shines on such classics as Stevie Wonder’s “Superstition” The Beatles’ “Come Together,” and America’s “A Horse With No Name”

After having just seen Redlands at Chichester Festival Theatre and enjoyed the show and associated music, I thought it time to play my ripped Singles 1965-1967 by The Rolling Stones, strangely found in a charity shop on the same day!
