What are you listening to in 2024 and why might anyone be interested?

Very different to The Smile and Thom’s own solo albums, which are all excellent in my view, this is Ed O’Brien’s often startlingly good debut LP.

Joni Mitchell - Shadows and Light

I adore this album! I have the original double vinyl, the original double CD and am here playing the latest Bernie Grundman remaster from the Asylum Albums 76-80 box set. The new version just has so much more space and depth. For me this album is perfect.
