What’s the smoker your using there? It’s looks fun.
It’s a Traeger Ranger pellet smoker. It’s pretty compact, sold as a portable/travel smoker, but it’s just about big enough for a brisket or a pork butt. It has a very stable temp and the pellet hopper is big enough for an overnight smoke. Good little toy.
I just popped some ribs in the Egg. They should be ready in 4 or 5 hours.
Having pink firs from my lottie with a steak tonight
Where did you get that corned beef? Looks lovely.
Locally sourced sirloin ( from the butchers in Sydenham high street ) barbecued. Served with allotment green beans in a mustardy vinaigrette and allotment pink firs. Had a wonderful Chateau de la Dauphine Fronsac 2010 with it - bliss
Morning/evening from our local butcher. One of the advantages of living in a cattle town.
What’s Zorongollo if you don’t mind me asking?
Egg on bread with some capers on top.
I see anchovies too.
I want to say tomatoes. But could be peppers.
That old Sunday night standby - egg on bread with capers on top. Ah, memories
My parents used to feed me grated cheese sandwiches with ketchup inside.
You should have grown up on a council estate in Leamington Spa - capers with everything!
We had tinned fruit on special occasions I will have you know.
