What are you preparing for dinner tonight?

What’s the smoker your using there? It’s looks fun.

It’s a Traeger Ranger pellet smoker. It’s pretty compact, sold as a portable/travel smoker, but it’s just about big enough for a brisket or a pork butt. It has a very stable temp and the pellet hopper is big enough for an overnight smoke. Good little toy.

Locally sourced sirloin ( from the butchers in Sydenham high street ) barbecued. Served with allotment green beans in a mustardy vinaigrette and allotment pink firs. Had a wonderful Chateau de la Dauphine Fronsac 2010 with it - bliss

I see anchovies too.

I want to say tomatoes. But could be peppers.

That old Sunday night standby - egg on bread with capers on top. Ah, memories
