Simple slow cooked dinner tonight – pasta with onion, garlic, roasted red peppers, passata, red wine, chipotle chillies, basil and thyme.

Served with parmesan and bread (and the rest of the wine)

Bought a 10kg case of salmon yesterday, so today I eat salmon in various ways. Raw as sashimi, cured with lime and pan fried. Nice to have contacts in the industry.

there was pulled pork for the opening of the barbecue season on easter monday. with salad and homemade brioche. The pork neck spent 13.5 hours in the monolith.
