What are you preparing for dinner tonight?

I’m working on a recipe using ground salmon with spices shaped as a patty with a mozzarella filling. As an alternative to beef. Thinking of calling it a salmonella burger.

Pesto chicken pasta with fresh tomatoes, chilli, and pine nuts. Had with the NZ Sauvignon Blanc.

Jaj bailfurn (grilled chicken thighs) With a roast fennel, tomatoes and goat’s cheese salad. It is a dark marinade not burnt :joy:

Barbecued butterflied leg of lamb (marinaded with olive oil, lemon juice, onion, garlic and mint) served with fresh stewed allotment borlotti beans. Served with watercress salad and a v nice Beaujolais
