Thankyou for your kind praise. I was a chef for a Thai restaurant for nearly 25 years. I was also allowed to do anything else that could draw punters in. So anything really. :innocent:

Yep, the texture is unlike other gnocchi as the new potatoes are finely diced rather than mashed so its more like a soft hashbrown but they had a nice flavour.
