Take care of that immune system Pete. This fish is known as “ salmon” in Australia
Mrs H busy cooking up a genuine ‘Nonna’s’ secret Sugo sauce. It takes all day but by god it’s worth it!
The smell is ‘so good it hurts’, as an Italian chef once said to me.

Suspect there is a long list of food you are not allowed

Correct no yogurt and most annoying no soft cheese and I love my soft cheeses.
Apparently it’s a pregnancy diet.
There should be a thread, funny but true.
You couldn’t make something like that up
best wishes
Do you know when will you come off this ?
After the stem cell replacement ?

Think so I know I’m looking forward to October.
Strangely enough, whilst in the dairy aisle supermarket yesterday , I saw a lady turn to her husband and say " there is so much I am not allowed ".
It must have been a new thing, otherwise it would have gone without saying…
About four months to October , then cricket , summer and cheese

Feeling in need of a proper meal I ventured into the local Asda. It’s very small and I understand the principal of why stock it if the customers cant afford to buy it.
So meat selection was from Germany,Denmark and the Netherlands. I purchased a tiny British lamb joint.British supermarket chicken is,to me,inedible.
Carrots…Netherlands
Beans… Morocco.
Frozen mash…. Probably Belgium
Pancake for afters…. Yup Belgium.
Lemon….Well it wasn’t British.
So that’s food security sorted.
I then told the manager, who I know quite well, that his new hgv’s reversing
sign needed attention.
‘Do what?’
Drove 100km to Oslo to collect 11 kilo fresh salmon and 10kg frozen cod loins at a wholesaler. And six kg Valrhona chocolate.
Start off with sashimi. Good food is so easy when the ingredients are top notch.
Nice to see a supermarket being concerned about food miles

What do you do with so much fresh salmon?
Hundi ? … not a description I’m familiar with.
Grilled fish with basil butter, cucumber and green peppercorn salad
(Thats the healthy b*****ks sorted, Danish Apple Tart and extra thick double cream for pud )
The recipe I followed called it hundi. Having searched maybe he means handi…. Not sure but it was tasty!
