What are you preparing for dinner tonight?

It’s a Korean braised chicken dish with vegetables. Uses alot of soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic and ginger in the sauce.

Sounds and look delicious. Think I’ve had similar with a fried egg on top.

Will try that next time as this was my first go at the recipe :+1:

1/2 hour chopping and the other clearing up the mess.

Lolz!

How about 2 1/2 hours attempting to find a ripe mango in the UK and then 30 mins making the salsa?

Ripe mango not necessary for salsa.

After 6 hrs I still have burning fingers from fine chopping a fiery rogue chilli.

Let me rephrase that - 2 1/2 hours to find a mango that is not rock hard

Decorators gloves , I chop oodles of chillies :hot_pepper: for my chilli jam.

I buy a pack of 100 at a time

I know I have a funny habit.

Almost every time I chop chillies I have an urge to go for a wee..

Meat stew? Can you say that? Anyway. Delicious! With a brown ale.

Looks delicious! You can say ‘meat stew’ but it would be usual to say what type of meat eg ‘beef stew’ or ‘lamb stew’ or ‘reindeer stew’
