You would certainly want something as well made as that to arrive in pristine condition, so I can imagine the packaging will need its own store room!

Astell&Kern Pathfinder IEMs + iFi Go Link Max
It’s been 8-ish years since I’ve used wired IEMs and have since had mixed success with wireless buds but an impending trip to Europe at the end of this week with its 24 hour+ flight time made me return. These are by far the most expensive IEMs I’ve ever dabbled with, even at 50% off but a quick listen has left me very impressed. Only using the stock tips and with no running in, mind. I’m sure they’ll sound even better.

Dedicated stands for my Kroma Atelier Mimi speakers. ISO Acoustics Gaia III included with the stands. They are made out of a material called Krion and match the speaker cabinets. Not cheap but they do make a significant improvement over the custom Design stands I was using previously

I wanted to get a slim leg for my Fraim. My dealer couldn’t order one even though I had the part number. I gave up. More recently, my dealer tried to order a Classic-New Classic cable for another customer. Even with the part number he couldn’t order it through their system. Focal-Naim told my dealer to order it through his Naim sales rep. My dealer doesn’t have a Naim sales rep. Focal-Naim America is a mess. If I upgrade anything now it will involve jumping to a brand that has a better customer experience (like Boulder).

Looks great. If there are dedicated stands provided by the speaker manufacturer, it is recommended to consider them for the bookshelf speakers.

David from the Sound Organisation just installed an Ekstatik cartridge for my LP12. Sounds lovely from the off - so detailed - and plenty of improvement to go. Highly recommended. Pictures later.
