What was the last CD you bought

Bearing in mind that so far I’ve listened to just a few tracks from their different albums on yootoob, but I found the CDs s/h (cheap!) on AMZ, and had heard enough to given them a punt.

@Alley_Cat had pointed me in the direction of “Wintercoast”, so I’d probably start there.

Charity shop this morning. Mike Oldfield - ‘Tattoo’ (1992). This CD/EP contains four tracks from Tubular Bells II recorded at Edinburgh Castle. I remember the concert which was on BBC at the time I think but I wasn’t aware of this officially released EP. I’ve been collecting Oldfield since ‘Boxed’ in 1976 but hadn’t come across this!

I mis-read that as Joey Barton for a moment. I wondered what the Huyton hard boy was doing on the ECM label…

I don’t buy stuff from The River any more, but I had to get this for the “exclusive” sleeve…

Possibly but you’re buying any either.

The one Beatles album I’ve always struggled with so never bought a copy. For a £1 I thought I’d give it another go!
