Playing Vanished Gardens - wow!
What a klutz I was to take so little notice of Charles Lloyd over the years!

I love Copland’s Billy The Kid Suite, so Frisell’s performance of it on Have A Little Faith is one I’m greatly looking forward to. And Bill solo - nuff said.

Arrived today, playing Firebird for starters. Sounds wonderful! I’ll save Rite for later (and louder).

John Smith - The Fray. I don’t have much folk style music, but those I have, I really like.

Found JS a couple of years ago, seen him live and have most if not all his albums.

This is his latest and is a wonderfully calm listen. He’s doing a live stream of the album tomorrow evening.

Having read good things about the SQ on this release over previous issues, this should be arriving on Monday to add to my collection of this excellent sounding series.

EDIT This has actually been delivered late on Sunday! No time for a play this evening, but it will be first in my player in the morning.
