Both issued nicely on MoFi

Miroslav Vitous - Mountain in The Clouds
A lovely, dynamic George Piros cut, US Monarch pressing. Beautiful condition for its age.

Great music too, lol.

Not Mr Garcia’s best solo album but a fine debut…

It’s a pretty good one! Which is/are your favorite(s)?

76’ Reflections…

That IS a fabulous album. I was pretty sure you weren’t going to say Cats.

Goldfrapp’s reissue of Black Cherry

I’ve got an old copy but there’s a little surface noise in places.

Not sure about the quality of this pressing but at just £10 inc postage it’s worth a punt. Featuring the excellent Horace Parlan on piano too.

Is that a boot @steviebee?

@TheKevster

I’m not sure Kev. Got it on Amazon UK, Coda Records 2019…could be one of those out of copyright releases? Nice sound for recordings of that type. Various gigs in the US and Japan.

The obi is a printed fake, part of the cover.

Not complaining! Mick’s guitar sounds great!

These three LP’s arrived from “The River” this morning:

Things We Lost in the Fire by Low:

So Tonight That I Might See by Mazzy Star:

Among My Swan by Mazzy Star:

I’ve played the Mazzy Star LP’s on Tidal several times, so it’s good to have physical copies of their albums. The LP by Low is a more recent discovery, which has grown on me with each play on Tidal.

I look forward to playing these over the next few days.
