Great record I have a few copies of this an original UK 1st press a later one from the 90’s and the same Mofi you have and the Mofi is the best.
Intend treating myself to this I have Roots and ‘America’ but missing the others Curtis was a great talent some of his later mellowed out soul like ‘Tripping Out’ and This Year are some of the best soul music you will ever hear up there with Marvin and Bobby Womack.

I only own a couple of MoFI albums Breakfast and Tappestry - both recordings are superb
Popped along to the local record store at lunchtime yesterday and bought a couple of new albums…
The Demberists - I’ll be Your Girl, on white vinyl.
Foals - Everything Not Saved Will Be Lost (black vinyl).
Foals - Everything Not Saved Will Be Lost (signed boxed set / red vinyl). Only available from Foals direct and ordered earlier in the week.
And a nice 2nd hand haul from a Record Fair over the weekend too…
Yello - You Gotta Say Yes To Another Excess. Promo with photo and letter from STIFF Records.
Swing Out Sister - Kaleidoscope World.
Bruce Springsteen - Magic.
Michelle Shocked - Texas Campfire Tapes.
Siouxsie & The Banshees - Once Upon a Time / The Singles
All are first UK pressings save for Brucie, which is the gatefold reissue on 180g. The Yello album is a nice find being a promo sent out originally by STIFF Records at the time of release.
Picked this up at hmv for a good price this morning
Nice Yeti. I also have the same record.
I’m still trying to locate a 12" single of ‘Heavens Only Knows’.
Three new albums which I played over the weekend
Billy Gibbons - more blues and guitar than ZZ Top - excellent album
The Eagles Hell freezes over 25th 180 - classic, music harmonies and stunning
Neil Young - Songs for Judy - live some stela Young tracks
I saw her at the Barbican with Mary Chapin-Carpenter. Really good . Definitely an artist worth listening to.
Arrived with this mornings post, directly from dodax Germany
Forgot i’d ordered it, a naughty impulse-decision purchase : /
At least i won’t regret it while it’s playing : )
This live Neil LP turned out quite well. Really enjoying it.
