I guess some people don’t realise this is not commonly regarded as unacceptable. I look at least a couple auction catalogues each week, the terms ‘manner of’ and After will usually appear in an auction.
I’ve just looked at the Easylive auction website, currently there are 297 lots with term ‘manner of’ in the description.
I would say my Kraken watch is ‘in the manner of’ rather than a copy.
Gorgeous.
Absolutely love Squale and their story.
I have one also, might get another at some point.
I only wish they installed slightly better movements though.
Nice!
It doesn’t look too different to the 1973 Daytona I saw at the second hand watch shop. Especially as I paid $NZ450 for it. The Rolex is going for $105,000.
My brothers Yachtmaster II. He’s hoping to sell his Hackercraft and wants to by Riva Ineos to take people for joyrides on Lake Wakatipu in Queenstown NZ.
I have other 36mm watches that I hardly wear. It’s just the way the Explorer has been designed, the lug to lug size, that makes it sit perfectly on the wrist and makes it look bigger than it actually is. Not because I own it, but it’s a masterpiece really!
After having a bit of a drawer tidy-up, I found I had quite a few Apple Watch straps lying about. So I have installed a watch strap wall mount on the inside of a wardrobe door."
I was not aware that Apple made such a wide variety of straps. I see the designer of the pin ands tuck silicon straps was was Narc Newsom from Australia for his Ikepod Megapode watchs in the 1990s. Apple were inspired by that strap and their straps have the same design. Great watch strap display by the way, looks great
