Charlotte Gainsbourg - IRM
Hope it sounds better than my muddy 90’s CD reissue. My original vinyl that was played to death back then sounds so nice even today regardless of the pops and cracks.
This Blu-spec CD issue sounds excellent, as does the Japan Promo CD (DSD remaster) of Gratitude that I have. There was an SACD release in 1999 that apparently is highly regarded too, though I haven’t heard it myself.
On Vinyl:
Sachal Studios Lahore presents
SACHAL JAZZ - Interpretations of Jazz Standards & Bossa Nova on Indian Instruments
Dave Brubeck - Take 5 - is very interestingly done…
Especially track no 7 - The Guy’s in love with you Burt Bacharach & Hal davis - is beautifully done…
they do have a website you you can pick your music !
Embrace - The Good Will Out
A late nineties blast.
On vinyl, via demo RI-101 Mk2 & Allnic H1202…
The KLF - The White Room.
Arrived this morning, the expanded US version.
An all time classic album, and do I detect hints of Alabama 3 country madness, or is that just me?
