Please don’t give the cat any ideas!

This pic of a 250 is in the latest edition of a well known hifi mag. Caps look similar.

Makes me think of cat poop coffee. I am not game enough to try yet. My dogs are not allowed in the room where my tube amp is permanently on the floor except on guided tours.

Every time?! Poor you! Cindy, she was a real diva.

The pic is perfect!

Cat usually spray to relief stress. May be your cat prefers Naim over Meridian. :joy:

Zebedee has always been “highly strung”, and spent years on Clomicalm (“Valium for cats”). We hated having to do it, but the alternative was to rehome, which we did NOT want to do (“pets are for life, not at your convenience”, etc).

He is now much older (16) and calmer, but retains the streak of anarchy and PITA-ness that is the essence of pedigree Burmese and that he inherited from his aunt (that’s her on the left!).

A zillion percent agree! Now Sheldon is going to hit me for going over 100%.

She looks lovely. I bet I could charm her.

I will race you @TOBYJUG!

And if you win, I will have Miranda Purr for backup.

I hate to think how someone thought this might be a good idea for a drink and then went ahead and tried it…

They had the last laugh by persuading other people to try it, and to think that it tastes better.
(for some reason, ethernet cables come to mind…)

Another interesting change in direction…
Something esoteric to study.

My Linn Troika at different stages during recent rebuild, at Goldring.

The cartridge is completely broken down, rebuilt, then reassembled.

The inside of a Linn Troika. Work in progress.

Thanks a million to the amazing David.

Gosh - that’s a surprisingly crudely-finished lump of metal there.

This is the inside of my NAP140

Darran or @NeilS would probably know whether they’re pukka or not.

Hi Conor,

Yes, they’re legit. The BHC version became obsolete I believe & these are the “Naim approved” replacements.

Regards
Neil.
