There’s currently service outage for Vtuner who provide the iRadio service for Naim streaming devices.
More info can be read here;
Hi all,
Vtuner, my fav subject…
Looks like the server went down at 17:55 UK and also the image cdn under radio456 domain name.
Have written to Vtuner on the subject informing them of the system down status.

Steve
The latest update here;
Hi all,
Quick update regarding this VTuner situation:
As of 13:45 UK time a critical fault had been identified in a set of Dallas data centres that Vtuner host out of and has effectively knocked the service fully off the net, backup servers et all. Smells of a few too many eggs all in one basket….
Apologies for the terrible timings on this. Totally out of Naim’s control but we’ll aim to give updates as and when they come through to us.
With regards

Basic service for Naim devices should now be restored - you can read the latest update here;
Hi all,
VTuner have temporarily patched Naim to a different server so the basics will start to work again. Depending on ISP you may need to switch off / on the streamer at the mains to pick up the reconfiguration.
stations will play
custom stations added via the web interface won’t work at the moment.
As the real system comes back online there will be likely a small transition glitch as it moves again.

Hi all,
The Vtuner service should now be back to normal.
You may need to restart your streamer (fully power it down and restart) to flush out any bad information supplied by the server over the last few days.
Apologies for the terrible timing of this outage. It has been outside of our control, but we have been pushing VTuner to recover things in a timely fashion.
